First, you will receive a rough draft of your design, which you’ll need to review and approve before the final laser engraving is completed. Upon receiving the draft, please carefully check the spelling of names and the details of the liquor the bottle will be filled with, if applicable. If any changes are needed, you can request revisions until the design is finalized and approved. Once approved, your order will be engraved and prepared for pickup or shipping in the order it was received, unless a rush fee is applied.

Design Approval Policy

Please review your entire design carefully before approving it for engraving. Verify all spelling, names, dates, artwork, placement, and—when applicable—the liquor or bottle information.

By approving the design, you confirm that it is accurate and meets your expectations. Once approval has been provided and engraving has begun, List Distillery is not responsible for errors contained in the approved design. Changes, corrections, refunds, or replacements requested after approval may be subject to additional charges.

This policy does not apply to engraving or production errors made by List Distillery that differ from the approved design.

Artwork Preparation Fee when Required

To achieve the best possible laser-engraving results, some photos and logos require additional editing, such as image cleanup, clarity adjustments, or modifications to intricate details. When this work is necessary, an additional Artwork Preparation Fee will be added to your order. This fee is determined by our team after reviewing your submitted image and applies only when editing is required. We will notify you of any applicable Artwork Preparation Fee before proceeding with your order
